Someone rightly said (& I believe in this deeply): A woman is beside a man. Not from his feet to be walked on, not from his head to be superior over, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved.

Surah Nisa: ... They (all those who worship others than Allâh) invoke nothing but female deities besides Him (Allâh), and they invoke nothing but Shaitân (Satan), a persistent rebel! (117) Allâh cursed him. And he [Shaitân (Satan)] said: "I will take an appointed portion of your slaves; (118) Verily, I will mislead them, and surely, I will arouse in them false desires; and certainly, I will order them to slit the ears of cattle, and indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allâh." And whoever takes Shaitân (Satan) as a Walî (protector or helper) instead of Allâh, has surely suffered a manifest loss. (119)

The Prophet (s.a.w.) said: Allah has cursed the Washimat and the Mustawshimat, the Namisat and the Mutanammisat, and the Mutafallijat for beauty, who change what Allah has created. (Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawood, and At-Tirmizi). The Washimat are the tattooers, and the Mustawshimat are the people who are tattooed. The Namisat pluck the eyebrows to straighten them or to make them thinner, and the Mutanammisat are the people whose EYEBROWS ARE PLUCKED. The Mutafallijat for beauty are the peoples who widen the gaps between their teeth for the sake of beautification.

The ones, who fall under the category upon whom is the curse of Rasool Allah (PBUH), kindly STAY AWAY from me. Those who have repented from deep within & are sure would never repeat any action that could invite the curse of Rasool Allah (PBUH) are welcome.

I am here with an intention to marry. I do not intent to nor wish to make friends to test waters coz I firmly believe that this could lead to haraam things !!! Exchanging emails is a good start but then the wali should get involved & the Nikah should be contracted immediately if all the parties involved are willing. This is a good way to keep shaitaan at bay, insha Allah.

The halaal & simple method of Nikah as per the way & sunnah of Rasool Allah (PBUH).
