I enjoy reading novels and islamic literature, and writing poetry. I find art interesting and inspiring. I enjoy cooking, and just being in good company. But there are times I love having my own space where it's just me, with a pen and a paper...

I would consider someone who, ideally, has a good Islamic/ academic educational background. A brother who is calm, considerate and kind by nature. Someone who appreciates, values and respects family bonds. A brother who isn’t simply looking for a spouse, but also for a true companion. In addition, a brother who is thoughtful and reflective, and concerned about his spiritual wellbeing.

Someone who lacks consideration for others. Someone who is short tempered, ill mannered, aggressive, has little patience. A person who dictates more than they implement anything to do with islam. Someone who only considers islam as what they wear and say, and has no spiritual nourishment. Someone who holds no value for ties of kinship, cares more about what they want instead of what they can give to someone.

To persist in doing anything that is unhygienic and unclean, and to have lack of adhab.

Having completed my studies, and perhaps working part time. Having more time to focus more on my deen and gaining islamic knowledge. Building a strong islamic home, in a good and healthy environment where I can be happy to raise a family, insha Allah (ameen).

Assalamu alaykum, I’m a warm, friendly and happy going muslimah. Those who know me would describe me as quite confident, sympathetic, and caring by nature. I wear full hijab (including jilbab), and I have general knowledge of Islam. I have attended classes on rules of Tajweed, Arabic language, hadeeth (40 An- nawawi, bulugh al maram) and Seerah. I have helped in Islamic events, and dawah projects. I’m a student/ teacher by profession, and a poet by interest. I love beautiful landscapes that inspire me to write, and my environment affects my mood quite dramatically. My main goal in life is to live a life Allah (swt) is pleased with. Although I have many friends and associates I still prefer the ‘homely’ lifestyle as I am very family orientated. I’m just searching to attain true happiness in this life and the next.
