A brother who is striving and implementing whatever little knowledge he may have of Islaam, rather than one who has vasts amount of knowlege and does not implement it.
In character...gentleness, modesty...
The Prophet sallallaahu alayhe wa salam said,
...Gentleness is not found in anything without adorning it and it is not withdrawn from anything without defecting it. (Muslim)
He sallallaahu alayhe wa salam also said,
.....Modesty is part of eemaan, and eemaan leads to jannah...
Someone generous as this is something thats seems to becoming scarce in people's character, and Allaah knows best.

The Prophet sallallaahu alayhe wa salaam said,
"The man who is most hateful to Allaah is the one who quarrels and disputes most." (Bukhari & Muslim).
A person upon bid'ah and thinks he is on the correct path.
The Prophet sallallaahu alayhe wa salam said,
The signs of the hypocrite are 3, when he speaks he lies, when he promises he breaks his promise and when he is entrusted he betrays the trust.
A person who does not take responsibilities, someone lazy.
