They're generally intelligent folks who have reasonably good manners considering that they're kuffar. There's not one of them who doesn't like a laugh, and Al hamdu lillah, I'm very close with my mother (when I was in KSA we sent text messages very often, and she even visited me there), and a few of my aunts. It's difficult that some of them don't want to know anything about Islam, but that's very much due to what they see and hear in the media. They're a bit like a flock of sheep, but with opinions.
